The vibe was a romantic and moody wintertime romance at Sunriver Lodge. This would serve as the perfect indoor venue for a winter wedding as the Great Hall would host up to 200 guests. There are upstairs and downstairs option for your event which allows you to use the upstairs for a cocktail hour as the planning & rentals team flips the downstairs after the ceremony. Our goal was to showcase both a ceremony and reception set up to inspire your winter wedding in Central Oregon. We brought the first photo to life by carefully selecting various elements from the ERBB rentals inventory that had Arianna from AK Events vision in mind. The strong wooden tables served as a the foundation, which was perfectly complemented by our bone velvet and white polyester linens that added a soft and refined touch to the entire setting. Each detail was thoughtfully curated; from the classic black Willow Resin Chairs that provided both comfort and style to the modern tabletop accessories that truly enhanced the character of the arrangement. To create an inviting and cozy ambiance, we included strategic lighting that illuminated the space beautifully with candles, allowing every moment to feel uniquely special. We chose to use the black lamps to serve as our light source for the tablescape and to light the aisle with candles of various heights in the clear hurricanes. We noticed that ruched linen is trending for 2025 so we gave the dessert & drink station a modern touch with undercover risers to give the fluted couples various heights to attract your eye. The glasses were filled with cranberry martinis that were perfect to drink after cutting into the cake.
